Great apartments with spacious 2/3 bedrooms. 24/7 security suitable for students, young professionals and small families. 5 min walk away from a shopping Centre. Close by to a private school (Crawford) and Monash University.

Very noisy place, security accepts bribes from people making noise... they specifically said no noise allowed in their rule book but people be making noise throughout the week morning till night and you complain but no one does anything

Please don’t move here and buy nor rent here For the sake of your peace, mental health, and overall sanity-do not do it. The noise is constant. Forget silence. Your sleep will be hijacked by loud bangs, shouting, and music from the club across the road that doesn’t believe in closing hours. You’ll get knocks on your door for no reason. No privacy. No boundaries. Your car? Expect it to be bumped, scratched, or dented regularly and no one will be held accountable. Body corporate and security? Completely useless. They ignore complaints and make you feel like you’re the problem for wanting basic safety and respect. Open your bathroom window? You’ll smell other people’s faeces. Yes, you read that right. Poop. And then there’s the cockroach infestation. They don’t just visit they live with you. No matter how clean you are. They don’t fumigate outside, so the entire complex is crawling. I never had roaches in my adult life until I moved here. There are always units available for rent or sale, and that’s not a coincidence. People can’t wait to leave. So before you make the mistake I did, ask yourself: why is this place constantly on the market? Trust me, even your loudest res in varsity had more peace than this place ever will. This is not home. This is stress with walls.

Worst place to rent from. Especially if you gonna rent with +Plus Property Group. So quick to want monies but take their time to assist if they do at all. Roaches, loud noises from kids in the morning to adults at night. If you want peace this is not the place to go. And oh, DO NOT rent a ground floor unit, especially the ones with no windows cause the extractors don’t work, you will clean mold till you cannot anymore cause landlords will not do anything to fix that. The is zero network in the bedrooms basically dead zones. You will not get you deposit back. Getting 30% of your deposit will be by God’s grace. Rent at own risk!
