Convenient place to stay in. Very reserved neighbors. Affordable to rent. The place just lacks a lot of covered parking and parking space.

Nice and secure complex but the units are small and so are the kitchen cabinets. The bathroom doesn't have a window. The second bedroom is too small and can maybe be utilized as a study room.

Do not be fooled by the low property prices at Fairway Views; this complex is a trap and currently facing R3.8 million in debt. Despite paying high levies of R2,500 per month, the building is severely neglected and falling apart. Major red flags to consider before moving here: No Building Insurance: The complex is uninsured, exposing owners to massive financial liability. Zero Security: There is no reliable security on-site, compromising resident safety. Illegal Governance: The trustees do not live in the complex, they never hold AGMs, and they make major financial decisions without owner input. The entire governing body is corrupt. Incompetent Managing Agent (MA): The MA completely ignores emails and fails to resolve maintenance issues. Predatory Billing: They delay sending your first statement until 5 months after you move in, intentionally trapping you in unexpected debt. This place is hell. It is not cheap by chance—it is cheap because it is a sinking ship. Avoid Fairway Views at all costs!!!!!
