Neat. Clean pool area that is aesthetically VERY ugly. Block upkeep is good.

Best block in the city hands down, every person living in the block has one of the greatest views in Cape Town.

Community feel, everyone renting, no privileged owners, enough noise to know you're in a city & people are alive, but not too much you can't sleep.
