No maintenance of the complex. DStv signal is horrid. Broken tiles in the passages. No noise control with the people living there and their children.

Mould, no maintenance & the drains take the prize 🏆 for me. Complex drains block all the time. Over populated and very noisy

Dirty place even, health compromised. No control measures applied to the tenants. Water wastage is beyond, leaking 24/7. Cleanliness is 0 star, cleaners only empty bins not wash and sterilize. The place smells, bins full of rubbish placed in the parking lot, your car smells inside, the body and windows covered by stains one can't explain. Don't be fooled by what you see displayed on the websites

They don't allow uber drop off or Mr D drop off's even when it's raining. But the security guards to allow their friends to come in and out as they please in the complex but when it's an important things like MR, Sixty60 or uber and it's raining they expect you to walk from E block and go collect at the gain the raining weather.

No noise control, neighbours allowed to bang hammers as early as 7am nothing will be done for noise after hours anyone can play loud music at 2am security won’t do much. Drains stink even indoors, you will be embarrassed to have people over😂. The fibre is crap, waited more than 3 months for installation too. No scanning of vehicles securities just guess who lives there and who doesn’t so your safety is threatened people you don’t want to come in can come anyway. Mould all over
