Building Corporate never has funds to fix issues that affect tenants although rent is paid with levies from month to month. Will be regularly be asked to coop out money in the middle of the month as renting tenants to solve building problems.

Living in this complex has been a nightmare because of the constant loud music. It often plays late into the night and makes it extremely difficult to even sleep. The noise levels are unacceptable for a residential area and it feels like there is little to no consideration for other residents. The body corporate does not seem to address the issue. If you value peace and quiet, I would not recommend staying here. I can’t wait for my lease to end and move out.
