Super clean well priced modern apartments

One of the tallest buildings in Cape Town CBD. Standing at 31 floors, this isn't exactly a new building, however it is well managed and taken care of.

Very overpriced units but not a bad place to call home. The facilities should be nicer for the money. There's a good amount of stuff near by - groceries, restaurants, convenience stores, etc.

Yays - Beautiful apartment. Fully equipped. Location is amazing. Views.... OMG Nays - 4x access tags card stops needs to be made to get to my room. I found that a little disheartening. When I arrived the 7th floor smelled like a hotbox was actively happening. And then later all you could smell was garlic. No assistance with bags and no blinds on windows. No one can see inside. But it still is a bit wierd. Cupboard door on room devider was broken. The top drawers for cutlery in the kitchen was broken. I walked past the place probably 10 times running errands from other parts of the city.... still wished they did betters so I could stay.

It was a very nice apartment to stay in . The building is very clean I just didn’t like the way it was built . Only 2 windows in the whole apartment and they don’t fully open 🥲 I’m claustrophobic so I had a hard time with the ventilation during my stay. I think I’d book here again it’s just situated in town which can get very busy but it was a nice place to stay .
