Shitty complex, No water for months. No cleaners, Dirty and always issues with so many basic things.

Oh Jesus!..no water for weeks, security issues, easy access in and out..

Average complex. Very noisy sometimes. Suffers with pigeons also. Not a good complex for someone studying or has a baby. Traffic is ridiculous from here to anywhere. I would recommend a person to stay away

THEE WORST COMPLEX IN THE NORTH If you planning to buy or rent just know there is no hot water. The complex use a communal boiler which has not being working for more a year. I moved in 2024 December it’s February 2026. Owners or agents will tell you it’s a temporary situation but it’s a norm. We boil water in buckets yet pay full rent R7800 some R8000 to R8500 it’s not worth it and so many added bills of water. Outside water, cold water. At some point the water was billed R1500 for a month. If you are buying ask the question of hot water and ask for body cooperate statement to see ridiculous charges added. The complex is so unkept, screams chaose. New security every other day, new gardeners any other day and cleaners. November and December 2025 the were no cleaners at all tenants started cleaning the corridors. And the garden service was not done, only somewhere in January it was done but you will experience gardening services leaving halfway during the day. There is serious property management issues. The caretaker is very arrogant recently assaulted my 16 year old boy for nothing. I have notified the body cooperate have not any form of communication to address the matter. Moving out month end
