Lovely little cottages, but some neighbours are very argumentative, bossy, looking down upon anyone who does not share their lifestyle.

I lived in Forrest Lane for 14 years. The units are not a bad size for starting up or stepping down. Things are run well, it's always kept clean and the gardens well groomed. Safety has never been a question to me living there. When living with ppl closely you always have a choice, to be social or not to. Ether way it's not a bad environment and the ppl who live in Forrest Lane are nice, decent, polite and friendly. With that said there will always be that person 😅. Not everything will always be perfect, but most things were always dealt with as best as possible. One of my biggest issues was only that the security at the gate didn't maintain a strictly porfestional relationship with domestic workers and would often spend time chatting at the gate. To me this could end up with organised theft and the personal lives of owners/ tenants been a topic of discussion. Leaving thier private lives not so private as gossip amongst staff travels, and that's not cool.

A very homely and warm complex. The swimming pool area is also lovely with a Lapa area and an indoor area where you can host braais, parties and guest entertainment of your choice. It is pet friendly and the units are decently sized.

Well run complex with 24/7 security. Best suited for first time home buyers, down sizing or retired person. The club house and the heated pool are also unique.
