Founders Hill Crescent

A big thank you to MT Development for resolving the water situation at Founders Hill Crescent. Since the backup water tankers arrived, it’s been an absolute pleasure living in this beautiful complex—definitely worth renting here! The site is always well-maintained, thanks to the wonderful efforts of caretaker Walter Henning. He has been exceptional in addressing all maintenance requests. Kudos to him and his admin assistant for their excellent work!

DO NOT RENT/BUY AT FOUNDERS HILL!!! If I could give a 0 rating I would. No matter who you talk to you don’t get a response or helped! Nothing works. Nothing gets fixed. Never have water. Never have power. I lived there for a year and would go longer than a week with no water. You are stripped of a basic human need. They say they have no control on the water supply which is only lies!! Your washing piles up, dishes can’t be done, you can’t flush the toilet and the list goes on. I can not express enough on how strongly I dislike this place and do not recommend!! The power will be cut off for the whole day on the weekends which if you have a job you rely on your weekends to get things done! Power will not come back after load shedding and you will get no response as to when it will be back!! Don’t get me started on how useless M&T are! I waited the WHOLE YEAR for them to fix my flat ranging from toilet paper holders missing, to repainting cracked walls, to taps needed to be replaced!! Not to mention they say it takes 2 weeks to get your deposit back after moving out, I waited over 2 months to get mine back with emails and phone calls being ignored. There is no amount of apologies or any form of reasoning from management or anyone involved in founders hill that would make me change my mind on this place. I hated every second living there. I would be miserable going home and eventually resented being there. You can not live a life there. If you wanting to be happy I would highly recommend looking somewhere else to live!!

Hhayini guys, I'm currently at Waterfall Crest and we are faced with the same issues, if it not water, things are breaking apart, no help from M&T, the caretaker charges you ridiculous prices before analyzing the problem. I'm currently searching for a new place and I thought I'll find a good home at Founder Hill Crescent, its all the same. The leasing officers try by all means to make us comfortable, but the management cancels all that out. These places are nice, no doubt about that. Modern, airy, open spaces, enough kitchen storage, everything a person could ask for, but VERY POOR customer service.

Well deserved 5 star rating, security is on point. Units are very well priced in terms of value for money. I have had the pleasure of staying at Founders Hill Crescent for a decent amount of time and the various supporting teams that manage this complex is exceptionally professional. One thing that really stood out for me was I needed help in a very short space of time and the humanity that was given to me during this time was truly appreciated and can never be forgotten 🙏 Thank you for allowing me the stay and looking forward to future engagements.

I was soo excited when I finally moved in, I loved the place from desktop assessment and decided to take it as it personified my lifestyle, the kitchen units are my signature and compliments my furniture . I finally found a place I called home that is safe and close to other amenities 😍😍😍the administration process was easy, the team was friendly and went an extra mile to make my stay comfortable……. Oooh wow, I also received a “ welcome “ voucher which I used to buy items I needed for my new place, that for me was just the cherry on top 🔝 🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳
