Four Seasons Apartments

The worst host ever at 1013 apartment (airbnb). The name is Bespoke letting company. Our flight to Southa africa was cancelled and they not refunding money. There is absolutely no understanding or consideration of the situation from their side. They showed no empathy and no willingness to take the circumstances into account just saying that its not fair to airbnb host. Greedy scammers!

The room hadn’t been cleaned properly when I got there. A blind was broken with pieces on the floor. I cancelled my 6 night reservation and I’m currently requesting a complete refund. If you value cleanliness and excellence this is definitely a place to avoid. Don’t let the pictures fool you like they did me. After a bit of an arm wrestle I managed to get a refund.

Very nice and well maintained apartments with friendly staff but one of the best feature in my opinion is the view from the top of the building! There is a swimming pool at the top, right beside the gym, for taking a dip on hot summer days. Be aware that the gym has no treadmills, though, if you like starting your day with an indoor run. There is ample indoor parking with lots occupying the first seven floors. The building is located close to the Food Lovers Market, the Gardens shopping center, as well as the Grand Parade. For scenic walks in a park, the Company Gardens is accessible, as well as the District 6 museum and city library.

We loved the apartment (1020) despite minor shortcomings. The apartment had everything we needed and was pretty clean (except windows). The location is really comfortable with close access to many places in Cape Town, and Table Mountain windows view is amazing! Gym in the building is small, has really few exercise machines and barbells, but it’s ok for a short daily workout.
