Unnecessarily complicated, lengthy access procedures for third parties (removal company delivering) - online system did not work, online forms did not work. Estate management is not very capable.

Modern looking estate with loads of space. Great for families!

There is a man who lives in this complex that hates cats, he terrorizes and harms them, please, DO NOT move to this complex if you have cats

Lived at Forway Estate for 3 years and it's one of the best complexes in the area! 🏛️ Great facilities: 3 playgrounds, squash court, pool, ample parking, and walking track. Security is friendly, neighbours are lovely, and it's super pet-friendly. Only downsides: location in Craigoven means power/water outages are common (municipality issue), and management struggles with communication. Despite this, the complex is well-maintained and lovely. If you're okay with the location, it's a great choice! 4/5 stars.
