Safe quiet affordable accommodation in the heart of Glen Marais. Lovely little flats.

They took R2500 of the deposito in a bachelor's flat because of a broken toilet seat,because it wasn't clean but we cleaned and our last months water bill that's usually R400 for a month but this month it was more and we moved out in the 15 September after paying the full rent.

I had to chase my deposit payment for over 2 months after vacating the unit. I was charged R750 cleaning fee for an open plan loft and almost R2000 for a shelf that broke on the day I moved out whilst I tried to reach for something. Apparently services have increased in price during the lockdown. Nonetheless, the deposit was still incorrectly paid out and the caretaker blocked me whilst querying this. Still dealing with many excuses whilst following up, their treatment of tenants is quite atrocious. Just pass on living here.
