Glencrest Estate

Do not rent here! The most incompetent and rude managing agents ever! Move out and they find every excuse not to refund your deposit. I am waiting 3 weeks now for my deposit. I know of others waiting months. Nadine and Helena are absolutely useless.

Modern architecture meets a village style feel. Very neat, with lovely landscaping and great security. The units themselves have beautiful, high quality finishes, that'll blow you away. I just love this place!

Bad management from MMR Property Developers (Worse i have ever seen) and Agents running the complex. All about sales with no service at all towards the complex. With high monthly rental cost, it's suppose to be a security complex with security camera's and electrical fence, nothing works. Lots of break-ins and very high risk if you would like to rent or buy here. Definitely not worth it. Be careful they dont down play the reviews...proof are below. Will move as soon as my lease expires.

This is the "Amazing Secure Glencrest Estate" ,Continuous Break-Ins , NO Security ,Useless Management who show no interest in their paying Tenants or the Premises , we are living in fear not knowing if we are the next victims of break-ins and nothing is being done by Management. 2-3 Break-ins in one evening! Estate looks Pretty ,but don't be fooled!

Management sucks and basically does nothing about complaints or fixes, but expect you to happily agree with price hikes and forces you to pay all kinds of admin fees. Residents smoke weed into your apartment regardless of how many times you talk to them (or management). Neighbors have no respect for each other. On one side you have a loud lady who parties until 02h00 in the morning, while on the other side you have a bachelor blasting music midday while you're working from home. No one gives a flying duck in this estate. If I could give a minus I would.
