The Glenvista apartment complex has an alarm that rings at random times during the day/night AND it also rings whenever there is loadshedding. It is extremely annoying. I cannot believe the body corporate hasn't done anything about it yet since it is disturbing the whole neighborhood. Don't buy or rent here unless you can sleep through a lot of noise...

Friggin' noisy apartment block. Tenants having parties and drinking in the walkways. Sounds like a shebeen on weekends. Don't rent or buy here, you WILL regret it.

After every load shedding (the result of an incompetent and corrupt government) the alarm in Glenvista rings as a reminder of the horrid state that South Africa is in. The alarm continues to ring for a variable amount of time, sometimes seconds and other times minutes. If you wish to buy or rent here please beware that this alarm will be the most annoying thing you have ever encountered in your life.
