The units can do with some TLC. Asides from the "nice-to-have" amenities, such as a swimming pool, clubhouse and, I believe, a squash court, it's pretty "meh". It is, however, conveniently close to a Gautrain bus stop, Menlyn and popular primary and secondary school, even relatively close to TUKS, which I consider to be redeeming factors.
