Beautiful sturdy structure inside and out. Well maintained. I enjoyes living there. It was one of the best places I've lived. On site staff is also very pleasant. The only downer is the admin/management team. Found them to be very rude and short. Don't communicate unless you reach out, waited longer than the agreed time for my deposit! And the charges for repairs are ridiculous. Not really a safe place as security kept calling me to let people in months after I moved out.

The complex itself is quiet Secure however the charges for basic utilities are ridiculous. You get charged hefty for water usage ( Refrence: 2 bedroom unit - 2 adults and 1 baby) Almost R3500 for water in a month where there was regular water outage and the rental agency will tell you it's metered.

Terrible place to stay, security is very bad to the extent someone will just get to your door, no play area for kids, so kids play and damage other tenants cars, they will hold on your deposit money till you give up… terrible water problem!!
