It's alright. We're moving soon though. We can't complain too much, but the way people go on over weekends are quite rough, breaking bottles and leaving litter everywhere. Reason for my review is regarding Sheila the Caretaker, she is literally careless. I've sent her messages on 29th of April , the 10th of May and again today, she just doesn't care, reads the messages and never replies, there's no worry from her side. We've lived here for 4 months now, and we're still unable to get access codes, that's the only simple reason for me contacting her, but it obviously isn't important enough, I've heard from other occupants that they've had the same issue, only when you're new here and need to register your fingerprints she's willing to help, other than that she's non existent. Very VERY poor service from her, I'd say that she should rather leave and you should get an actual CARETAKER who actually cares, as she truly doesn't!!

I stay here ....7yrs now awesome place
Security Bridge. Even 1 star is a lot. Security gets mugged, you'll be held hostage while you're sleeping and life goes on. Your car will be stolen and again life goes on as usual. Water billing is exorbitant ☺️ then rent goes up without notice. You wake up and find that your bill has increased not forgetting that they no longer keeping the place clean 😒
Best place if you love eating roaches and many speed bumps that finish your car shocks
Criminal activity and safety hazards within the complex, Recently, there have been several distressing incidents, including robberies and break-ins. The safety of the residents at Golden Oaks is at a high risk. The presence of unauthorized and unsafe individuals loitering on the property nothing is being done to assist residence.
