Good flats but the charges become insane sometimes because with the money we paying i think they should install generators for load shading

Absolutely love my apartment. Spacious 2 bedroom with 1 bathroom and open plan kitchen and living room. It’s conveniently located with the mall being 3 min away and is right on the way for taxis and buses. I travelled to Bara hospital daily, and there’s always a taxi passing by that goes straight to the rank. Water is affordable, I don’t pay more than R350 on some months. If there is water maintenance or outage, we’re told days in advance so we can prepare for it. Love that! Electricity is prepaid so you pay for what you use. I currently buy R900 and it lasts me a whole month. The complex is nice and quiet during the day when kids are at school. At night, the occasional music is heard but it’s always off by 10pm. I am a heavy sleeper, so I sleep through anything when I get back from work lol. The complex is also well kept! We have a caretaker who makes sure the refuse is taken care of and bins are emptied. If it is a hectic weekend of drinking and there’s bottles everywhere by the time I’m back from work on Monday, the place is spotless. When all’s said and done, this place is great! You’ll need an agent to apply here, but the caretaker has all the info.
