Overall not a bad place, no loadshedding however we sometimes experience unplanned electricity outage with maximum being 4-5 days , security is not tight. Maintenence is poor of the building and pavement driveway.

Horrible place. Flats are delapitating due to little to no maintenance on both flats and site. The drive ways are bad, they are bumpy and show signs of poor management. The place has either water cuts or electricity everyweek without any notice. The management of the complex is extremely complacent and does not respond effectively to concerns ot tenants, they never have any valuable solutions. Not ideal for any working adult given the amount it costs to live there.

If you’re a morning person, I wouldn’t recommend living on the 4th floor of this complex. Between 5:30 am and 7:30 am there is practically no water pressure. Because there’s only one pump servicing all the floors, residents on the lower levels use up most of the supply, leaving the upper floors struggling. By the time water reaches the 4th floor, it’s almost impossible to take a proper shower during those hours.

The property is not well maintained, with basic issues often recurring. For example, the cupboard screws come loose almost every other month, which is frustrating. The in house maintenance team is also extremely slow and reported issues can take far too long to be attended to with limited follow up or communication. There are also concerns around the general upkeep and management of the property. Oh and they don’t pay back your deposit after moving out
