Great and quiet residence in town

A complex built with vision of potential, but the blend of tenants are not the neighbourly kind and some facilities are damaged. Electronic doors are broken, there are no washing lines, after-hours it's dangerous outside the gates due to vagrants and drug abusers lurking in the shadows. Doors to apartments have been reinforced by owners with big hinges and padlocks, giving you the idea that break-ins have been a normal occurrence here. No security cameras or security services available, so it's every man for himself. I wouldn't recommend to stay here.
