Nasty, tiny room. The room incredibly small, filled with cockroaches. You need to beg the cleaners to come in and clean, if the lift breaks down during loadshedding you will be stuck in that lift until the power is back.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. When I arrived, I was unexpectedly asked to pay an additional 750, which was never mentioned at any point during my booking. This lack of transparency is completely unacceptable and feels misleading. To make matters worse, the staff member who assisted me was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. Instead of helping resolve the situation, their attitude made the experience even more frustrating. Overall, the service was poor, communication was lacking, and I would not recommend this hotel to others. There are definitely better places to stay where customers are treated with honesty and respect.

This was a very disappointing and stressful stay in Port Elizabeth. The late check-in policy (R200 fee after 8:30 pm) was only communicated after booking while we were already travelling, despite us mentioning we were coming from far. The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable, making it impossible to rest properly. On top of that, staff repeatedly disturbed us waking us at 7:30 am demanding payment for a long-term booking and again at 10:00 am questioning our checkout time, even though checkout was 11:00 am. The overall experience felt unprofessional, poorly managed and not guest-friendly. We decided to leave earlier than planned and book alternative accommodation.
