Lovely green park and braai facilities, not happy with the boomed area as anybody could access property on foot even though a security guard is on duty. Good clean and modern complex and close to shops and the MyCiti bus

I lived there for a year and a half, would have stayed longer if I didn’t have to relocate. The security guards are friendly. If you do not have an issue with kiddos, there is a park in the parking lot and you can here the kiddies play in the afternoons. I had the most wonderful agent, James from Realtor of Excellence - the service was very reliable. I have only ever had one water issue and one power issue. The body corporate was not very responsive. The metering company Protea Metering service was terrible. There are rules around how trash is managed and what times visitors can enter and exit, which was manageable. Overall I absolutely enjoyed and I would stay here again!
