Stayed in this complex for a year. It's a nice complex but the way it's managed it ruins the whole experience. R100 gets you about 3 units of electricity (yes 3 units). No matter how sparingly you use it, electricity bill doesn't make any sense even when you use gas stove and solar gyser. Walls are not sound proof. They deduct costs to repaint the unit from your deposit no matter how clean you leave the unit the way it was when you moved in. Response rate from management changes as soon as you move in, they will hardly respond or never responds. No parking for visitors inside the complex, they park outside. Other than that the complex is clean, spacious, safe, and rules are adhered.

It’s a great place. It’s peaceful and convenient location wise… it’s also safe… The only problem is electricity… It is kak expensive, you looking at around 1500 to 2k per month on power. I was paying 1200 every 18 days which gave me about 55kW.. Insane, I know. They say that the geyser is solar powered but it makes 0 sense why the electricity is consumed the way it is consumed.. Stove uses gas but the fridge, tv, lights and other small electric appliences do not consume that much power Apart from electricity, it’s great. Very proactive community. If you happen to have water/ electricty problems, trust and believe they will be restored before end of day…. I have no complaints on management. Charlene, portia and the gang, awesome people. They are locked in. Super kind security …
R100 electricity you are getting less than 5 units. Deposit refund you won't get it back The walls are very thin
The units are small. These are budget apartments. Not fit if you have child(ren). Been here for a month. Sometimes we struggle with water shedding. Hopefully that will be fixed soon. Have not had issue with water for a week. Electricity is expensive here so be prepared to spend 1.5k on power. Save energy. But apart from that, my stay has been pleasant. There are no wild noises at ungodly hours. It is quiet here. Only downside is that the walls are kinda thin, so you may hear your neighbor talk on the phone, or you might hear them doing their thing lol just keep it down if you and your partner are doing your thing. Yes, I would recommend this complex.
You won't get your full deposit no matter how much you take care of the unit, and even if you paint it before you exit. Everything they say about the electricity is true. Everything they say about the thin walls is true, and everything they say about Anthea (the person to contact for maintenance) is true, it takes her over a month to attend to queries. The bathrooms have very little ventilation, and as a result you will experience mould. The two stars is for location; it's close to most highways and the one security guy who responded swiftly to queries.
