Balwin has engaged MidCity to run the body corporate, with their technical glitch that I have emailed them with details, Midcity chosen to stop my tenant from entering the primises in the meantime there are other units they intentionally has arrears has access. Poorly managed!!! Will update the review when I hear from Balwin about the additioal charged they planned to just make money, not to make a better living place!

Living in this estate as someone who has no personal car is an inconvenience, the estate does not allow ehailing services into the premises and the even checkerssixty or any other groceries delivered are not allowed into the premises,I had to walk from the last block in the estate to fetch almost 8 bags of groceries because they don’t allow these businesses within the premises, worse they are not even introducing any go-carts or any in-estate transport to assist with these.
Do not move in unless your happy with neighbours playing loud music at morning hours and security not doing anything about it. Lawless no one follows the rules. Stay away and don't invest.
The electricity provider in this estate is horrible. There’s been so many complaints yet they fail to provide solution or even change the provider. One thing I’ve realised about estate managers is as long as they are not affected by it, there won’t be a single care
What a great project been developed. Watch the space and don't forget to book yours. Big businesses and are coming, big opportunity to be grapped. Young professionals you are missing out if you didn't visit this area in the east of Pretoria.
