Safe place, great community+great councilor

The estate is good but the driveway paving needs to be repaired, that's why I gave it 4stars.

Security is good and houses are nice I don't know the management

Fantastic Investment! I have placed Numerous Tenants in Greenstone Gate and I am never short of qualified tenants calling me to rent, Overall, Great investment with High Demand!

Greenstone Gate is a serious safety risk. Our apartment Unit 190, Block 24 was broken into through the bathroom window by a maintenance worker operating his company within the complex. clear video evidence of him removing our belonging was provided ,yet management took no action. The suspect was a fugitive with a warrant of arrest at the time of the robbery and was living in the apartment directly above us with the owners (He is not an owner or tenant but just a family member that resides on and off) . He has since been released on bail and still has unrestricted access to the complex and residents homes. Considering the history of violent crime in the complex, including a murder in our building, management’s failure to protect residents or act on clear evidence is extremely concerning. I cannot recommend living here.
