Clean environment well maintained, I did access the swimming pool area with friends the experience wasn't that great. There was a group of girls and boys who behaved unruly making inappropriate sounds and swearing. They futher went on making remarks when we were leaving the space. It was uncomfortable

It's usually quiet but come month end...there is this block where it's like Adult Films were being played on loud speaker, the girl screams so loud with the windows open, and it happens not only at night but during the day when kids are playing outside. It's disgusting! Security hears it too but they can't do anything about it, even though many people have complained. And the Body Corporate, doesn't care and are not helpful. If you live in a different block, then this is the place to be, the grounds are well kept, the flats are nice and the pool area is beautiful.

It is safe and family orientated place. The neighbours are kind and security is professional and friendly. The rooms are relatively medium sized. The complex is well kept and clean. You can hear the noise from all floors, mostly kids running around and screaming. Security does intervene in attempt to control the noise, but kids will be kids. From time to time the bins overflow, especially on weekends. You either need a car or feel comfortable to use Uber if you want to stay here. During the week traffic on Witkoppen is unbearable.

Booked with friends for a weekend It's so chilled, very neat, I Definately see myself staying in such a place one day 🤍

I'm currently selling a unit over here and I absolutely love how peaceful it is & located right across the nature reserve. These apartments are neatly built and very safe place to live.
