If you ever think of living at the Hampton Complex, think twice after viewing the pictures below.The Complex is cheaply built.The moisture on the walls was brought to the maintenance manager's attention(Advance) and he did nothing about it.He has the title of being manager but doesn't do his job.The moisture on the walls caused my husband and I to get ill and we visited the GP numerous times.It also caused damages to some of our furniture and clothing.All of the above that I have mentioned have pushed my husband and I to move out of the Complex.The Hampton Complex should get managers who are serious about their jobs and solve the problems of the people that live there, not just turn a blind eye about the serious situations that occurs is the Complex.

Living in this complex for four years was an amazing experience. I appreciated how affordable it was, with only one rental increase in all that time. When I moved in, the place was recently built and new, and it only got better over time. The maintenance turnaround time is quick and efficient, with an online platform for requesting repairs, lodging complaints, or submitting a notice to vacate the apartment. While the complex management was great, there were a few things that were out of their control. For example, the noise from loud cars on Gordon Road could be disruptive, especially at night. Additionally, because the complex is situated on a hill, there were frequent water shortages during load shedding, which was a bit inconvenient. Overall, I highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for affordable and well-maintained housing. While there may be a few inconveniences out of the management's control, the living experience here is otherwise exceptional.
