Nice flats

Having lived in Durban for over 15 years in many flats and complexes when I moved here on a rental basis, after about 7 months of living at Handsworth on the Hill as a tenant, I found myself falling in love with the atmosphere here, the natural homely feel, children's safety although it lacks many fun facilities for kids but it is still a great place especially for someone who wants to raise family in a central CBD who hates noise and chaos, this is the place to be. I also love the great parking space, the braai area although it also needs a bit of an upgrade but all round the block is a very relaxed place to be and in 2 years of living here, the only place where you can hang your Adidas sneakers on the line and pick them up the next day with no stress of fearing theft.

Definitely has the potential to be a great living space/environment for a family with kids, just needs the right person in charge to make some much needed changes. With more than enough space for kids to play in the park but not a single kiddies amenity, just an old rusty swing frame that could become a potential hazard. A braai area that could definitely be changed into an amazing braai space for adult use but is just in a bad state. Great place but change is definitely needed.
