very high security. the problem with this tower is that they dont store your id so if next time you visit, you dont have to show your id again and again. it is annoying that you id mustbe with you all the time even if you go out fir five minutes and you must check in again. I left my phone at my friend's place and went out, my id photo was in my phone. they didnt let me in until my friends came down abd brought my phone again. it is not convenient at all. please keep the id's in the system whenever we arrive, just ask have you ever been here before? then just scan the visitor code sent from the host. easy. otherwise, all good and nice.

The security team here acts as some weird form of law enforcement on a power trip. They don't allow guests in even after providing numerous forms of ID that are valid in other countries (they insisted on passports, not drivers, not social security cards etc etc). The security team is exceptionally hostile towards guests and ignore homeowners requests, makes the building feel like a prison quite honestly. Don't recommend buying or renting here.
I won't recommend Harbour Arch to anyone!! We rented a unit for my daughter!! Everything was white in the apartment, the carpet, the furniture, how can a landlord rent a place out with white furniture! The furniture wasn't clean when she moved in!! The shower was in a bad condition, water wasn't draining out! The bedroom was upstairs in a loft, no ventilation, the roof was so low, 1,8 meter from floor level to ceiling! Not compare with the building regulations! And the stairs, from the lounge area to the the bedroom upstains, also not compare with the building regulations, as well! The agent deducted so much money from our deposit, for things that we don't even know, in the building!! The going out inspection was 100% according to the agent! We waited 5 for weeks for our deposit!! Pathetic!! Not safe area! My daughter was gunpoint, at the robot near Harbour Arch one night!! Not safe to drive at night!!

Love this building. The roof top view is second to none. Security is also very tight which is really nice. 8th floor and gym are great as well. Traffic anywhere from here really doesn’t matter. The building is exceptionally well run and overall a great place to live.
