The complex is good no complains but they got bigger issues here. I have a big concern about their security Gaurd who made my day worse. He seems to think he is a damn home affairs officer and requires IID documents for every person in the vehicle not just a driver. He shows you a notice board attached by trustees. This is not how it works anywhere so why here? Hava gardens trustees putting certain regulations in place without seeing the consequences for a day to day. Nobody carries their ID and I bet the same trustees families or people visiting them don’t carry. No one in any complex requires ID documents for every single visitor and that too for this small complex. The guard has big issues with temper. Driving is good enough everywhere even at places like Eldo glen.

Good and very helpful Security. Friendly tenants. Well equipped and well maintained flats with secure allocated parking.
