Not allowed to sell in over 2years due to other units not sold. Pay for garage and then loose the free parking space.

It's a neat estate built for middle class people in the northern suburbs of Cape Town and for extra security, you have a gated community. The units are on the small side in a medium density setup and there are generous common areas, including lawns and gardens. There are also garages available at an extra cost. Plenty of parking is available for vehicles, but size is limited to light motor vehicles. As expected, the colours scheme is neutral and somewhat uninspiring and given the size, more security would be a good idea.
