The maintaince guy Rikus Bouer is making our stay a living hell. It’s either he just ignores our texts for weeks,or when we Finally get ahold of him he tells me that ,he doesn’t have petrol to waste to come assist me,and he says he doesn’t report to me when I asks for feedback on my maintaince issues,he even went as far as saying I should stop bothering him,he makes it like I am a problem when I have maintaince issues,he is soo rude and when he speaks to me he shouts. I’ve had 3 issues,it was a globe, washing machine pipe and the geyser, the only one that was sorted out was the globe and the turn around time was like 3/4 weeks just for the globe. Mind you I’d be sending messages and he will just ignore me. Bad experience from him.
