Nice estate .... BUT Infrastructure is an issue... many times after load shedding... electricity fails again. So blackouts is happening often. Today again although stage 1 no Electricityin the Estate Day 2 No electricity...

Well maintained and a new padstal was added to the facilities. Very secure.
The new Brakfontein Padstal is beautiful, wonderful to sit on the veranda and drink excellent TribeCa coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice❤️❤️❤️
