The place is safe but the rent fluctuate, because of the heat pumps, which is about 800 per month. You will end up paying around 8000 to 9000 for 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment excluding electricity which is prepaid .

There is no parking for visitors. When u have visitors that are sleeping over, no parking provision is available. It is difficult for some of us who are not from Johannesburg. When my family visits, it's a hustle with parking. This is a big disadvantage of this place. I stay here. And to top it off, the heat pump for hot water always has problems, but the bill is unchanged! It's no fair to pay for a service that you don't receive.

save yourself the time and the money, don't bother. the rent is catfishing. the tenants are treated like students when it comes to visitors. the heat pumps charge you like crazy.

This place is the worst. Firstly in the whole complex there’s only one laundry machine in the laundry room that breaks down every 2 months and it takes them forever to fix. The rent is expensive because of this useless heat pump. They have these crazy rules about visitors as if we are living in Res. Used to pay R6200 for a studio apartment do not be fooled the by the R4800 price , and the building is just falling apart.
