Stay far away! Worst rental experience I have ever had. Issues with leaks and mold but they will blame it on you for not ventilating properly.

Lovely safe complex, with good quality people staying there. They treat each other with respect. Close to Okavango Shopping centre, schools and main routes.

Stay away. Mould infestation, water leaks and flooding. Fights for insufficient parking spaces. This place is bad for your health and mental health. Contractors, real estate company and body corp will lie to you constantly. Logs and complaints go for months without being attended to.

Inflates charges that the contractors and running company acknowledge are too high and can't be explained but still feel happy to charge you. Have no interest to investigate whatsoever. Issues with the hot water, gate and parking. I would not recommend it to anyone
