A clean. Neat complex in riverside view, for middle working class and young couples with small family. Easy to navigate your way to fourways mall, chartewell corner and dainfern corner. Affordable and very quiet for remote working.

I’ve lived at The Herons for some time now and it offers a very reliable living experience. Security & Safety: I feel very safe within this small complex. It features 24/7 security with gated and boomed access, which provides great peace of mind. Location & Accessibility: The location is excellent. It’s very easy to access from main roads like Winnie Mandela Drive. Proximity: It’s perfectly situated near major shopping hubs, including Dainfern Square, Leaping Frog, Fourways Mall, and Mall of Africa. The Apartments: The finishes in the units are basic—nothing too flashy—but they are genuinely sufficient and functional for everyday life. Room for Improvement: The only real drawback is the occasional water supply issue in the Riverside View area. It would be a massive upgrade if the property could implement an off-grid water supply solution to mitigate these local service interruptions.
