WORST COMPLEX EVER! GET FINES FOR NO REASON! NOT CHILD FRIENDLY COMPLEX. CARETAKER IS AN OLD HAG, TENNANTS HAVE NO RIGHTS WHILE OWNERS CAN DO WHATEVER THEY WANT, OWNERS PARTY UNTIL 2-3AM IN THE MORNINGS AND NOBODY DOES ANYTHING, TENNANTS ARE BEING TARGETED AND VICTIMIZED BY CARETAKER AND LABUSCHAGNE MANAGEMENT SERVICES

Bad bad bad, Caretaker take photos of vehicles license disk and number plates,when people go to swimming pool she runs out and almost chase them away,2 instances where I saw a colored and African want to fo swim she runs out of her flat and then you see they leave the swimming pool. She gossip around tell others about others business,shows middle finger to my wife when my wife don't see, We gonna take it further but not nice to stay here at all in the past it was much much better with the other caretaker that do there work stay here for 5 years be careful to move in here. They don't allow kids to play and to be kids it's worsed then a old age home.
