Residential area for quiet enjoyment and peaceful dwelling place

Absolute worst place too stay.We got shown a different unit on the other side of the complex.Very very noisy ,rats everywhere,gave us a unit filled with roaches;flies and spiders .The cupboards are soiled from water damage the hinges are all rusted.It smells like rodents and bugs .Absolutley disgusting.

Nice place I guess but no place for kids to play, you don't have a back yard for your washing, some windows are just open no rails for curtains they just tell you it's designed like that. You pay a lot for nothing

Location is great, its near the highway, but on a more dogy side of residential. It's cheap accommodation rentals. Parking is secure, and houses are low cost rental houses. Serves purpose.

I stayed there for 4 fully years I moved because of Rats theys big Rats on the roof you can't sleep 😴 at all, inside apartment theys small rats that you can't even finish, from entrance theys Rats everywhere especially dustbin area that place rooms are okay but Rats are everywhere in that complex Hollyland and Telmond needs alot of work because wow how can you pay expensive rent meanwhile theys Rats inside the house 😢😭😢 I wish l shoot pictures
