Secure and well maintained small complex

Such a cute complex!! Wonderful to see that children can ride bicycles outside, play in the street and neighbors seem to know and care about each other.

Great overall complex, with managing agents that are good . The general management by the trustees and people involved with general maintenance and grounds, is really good and they care, that's what is important. Thanks to all involved

Very neat and safe apartment complex built alongside the beautiful and majestic Modderfontein river.
