Honey Bush

i don't recommend this complex to anyone , please don't waste your time buying or renting here! you pay sandton prices for levies and still been treated with disrespect from the body corporate. The body Corporate comes into your yard and steals your stuff when you leave. Monthly you pay for insurance and still get frauded quotes to pay for damage be careful. There is no power every week.

This place is absolutely terrible when it comes to complaints being dealt with units being fixed up. Nothing gets done here it doesn't matter how much you complain no one takes it seriously. The board members complain there's no money for fixing up things. The people may be lovely in the complex but there are major problems regarding units and the state that they are in along with a whole list of other problems. I would not recommend honey bush complex to anyone. Its absolutely sad how nothing gets done.

A really lovely place to live. Ideal for young couples and ground floor units have lovely garden for pets. Very active body corporate and considerate cut off times for weekend activities maintains a peaceful living environment.

Its a nice complex, but allo of people staying there are not friendly at all and will report you for the most ridicules reasons. In se of the units when placing a portrait the nail being used will cause the wall to open up that area, then it becomes clear that some walls are skew and allot of cover up work was done with substandard material

Don't move into the complex, apart from there always being power issues with cable theft. The new body corporate tries to get you on every rule in the contract while not following it themselves. They want to fine you on small things and say you not following rules when many tenants do the exact same, they also say they child friendly but often the lady walks around telling the kids not to play outside their house and to go to the park where they now out up spiky trees that could hurt the kids.
