Pros. Bigger apartments. Close to all restaurants and stores. Safe and secure area since security companies usually use this street to park at nights. Old school vintage style apartments. Cons. Utility costs feels dishonest. Maintenance is billed from your pocket Can be dangerous for children because sometimes main gate is open for anyone to access. Overall the pros outweigh the cons. 4 stars because kids can be noisy and security isnt tight. Perhaps management can invest in CCTV?
