Huntingdon Terrace

This is an extremely badly managed complex. Loud disturbances throughout the night and when you complain your details are shared with the people that are making the noise and you are told to resolve the issue yourselves. Horrific experiences in this place.

I love living here for the great location. Security could be tighter. Living next to a river however means mosquitoes, spiders and roaches for days

Place is dirty with no maintenance. Security guards are horrible, never greet, always angry and take time to open gate. They look like they can hurt you with so much anger in their face. They look unsafe…😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

The Huntingdon terrace is a convenient place to stay but the management of the complex is not efficient. We have water outages more regularly now due to plumbing work they are doing in the complex, they failed to communicate with us. They should have informed us of the matter so that we could prepare. You need to improve your management 👎

I moved here in June 2025 and I like it. It’s not perfect but I think the issues that come up now and then are normal and you would find them in most complexes.
