I paid CleanQuo R5,250 for a professional deep clean, and my experience was absolutely appalling. The house was left dusty, with dirt simply being cleaned over rather than properly removed, and areas that were supposed to be thoroughly cleaned were left untouched. I was charged for a deep clean and did not receive the standard of service I paid for. Even worse, delicate antique bronze pillars in my home were treated with inappropriate high-pressure water, causing visible damage to them. These are valuable antiques and should never have been treated in this manner. I have photographs of the damage and have repeatedly tried to contact CleanQuo to resolve the matter and request the return of my R5,250. I am now struggling to get anyone to answer my calls. This has been an extremely upsetting and unacceptable experience. I paid for a professional cleaning service and was left with a home that had been improperly cleaned and valuable items that had been damaged. Below are the three bronze antique pillars ruined , I have also tried repeatedly to reach Marcus, who I understand is responsible for CleanQuo, but his telephone goes directly to voicemail and I have been unable to obtain a response from him.
