Ahita Complex is well situated.Hip and happening in Fourways, with quick access to William Nicol Dr and all the entertainment , shopping malls, food, etc.

One of the finest Apartment Complex in and around Beverley Hills. The complex is very well maintained and a very queit place to live.

As a tenant, I expect access to basic services, safety, and properly maintained shared infrastructure as part of my rental agreement. Unfortunately, my personal experience at Ihita Complex over the past year and a half has not met these standards. Since I moved in, the main access gates have not been functional. Residents are meant to have remotes, but I have never had working gate access during my tenancy. I rely on security to enter and exit, and the entrance gate does not close fully, which creates ongoing safety concerns for me. I have also experienced ongoing pest issues, including cockroaches within the complex, which affects my living conditions and gives me a constant need to fumigate. The communal pool area is frequently extremely noisy in the afternoons, by the same groups of children, with persistent loud screaming that goes beyond normal recreational noise, making it difficult for me to enjoy a peaceful living environment. More recently, the water supply to the complex was cut off for approximately a week due to non-payment to Joburg Water by the body corporate. Access to water is a basic necessity, and this was extremely disruptive to my daily life. I am sharing this as my personal experience as a tenant, in the hope that these issues are addressed and living conditions improve.

The property is not safe at all. The access gates are frequently not working, and security allows anyone in without verifying with residents. This has turned the premises into a drive-through, with unrestricted access at all times. The gates are broken and always wide open and it seems like nothing is being done about it.

This is a really beautiful complex with a resort feel to it. It deserves more credit than it gets! It offers beautiful communal gardens, braai facilities and swimming pool. The units are nicely sized with built in dining tables. It feels like you are always on holiday
