Even 1 star is a lot! Run away and don’t look back! The entire winter we wake up to no power and sometimes it goes out as early as 6pm to only return the next day around 10am. The water only heats up after 11am so if you go to work and have kids that go to school, cold water is what you’ll have and by 6:30pm the water is cold again. It has been a nightmare living here. I even miss loadshedding. Management (Alleyroads) has been promising to get a generator but we still have nothing weeks later. They just don’t care

Struggle with electricity but houses are spacious enough.they use solar
Don't even deserve this one star. Do not rent at this complex. The worst place ever. And the management Necron Property group and Alley roads are big crooks. From the beginning there were endless issues with electricity. We were forced to moved out because we could not live there any longer as there were days without electricity. Still did not get our rental deposit refunded. They just give you the run around. Unprofessional and absolute crooks. People should never be allowed to get away with this type of service. Ever!!!!Disgusting.
Oct 23 - Jan 2024 - Update Solar panels installed and working. The complex runs full on solar, expect no power on cloudy days. Prepaid water and electricity - The billing is messed up, the actual usage vs the units movement doesn't make sense. There is no Fibre internet in this place, fixed LTE from MTN and telkom will be your best bet. Jan 23 - Oct 2023 - Update Truly disappointing first-hand experience at this rental complex. They have hidden fees for electricity and water, as well as unexplained admin fees that will leave you feeling cheated. The use of IS metering for electricity, a third-party service, results in extra admin fees for every electricity purchase, providing less than half the electricity compared to neighbors under Eskom/municipality meters. It is alleged, the property managers/owners fail to pay Eskom after collecting high electricity tariffs via third-party metering, resulting in power disruptions by Eskom for at least 7 days every month. Communication from management during these outages is nonexistent at all. These are some of the red flags, Despite advertising satellite dishes, none are installed, and the promised Fiber internet is non-existent, and we are in 2023. Maintenance queries are ignored regardless of the provided channels. The huge problem in all this you are paying for all these services, including rentals in advance. But you still get treated like they pay you to sit and watch this unfold. If you value your mental well-being and your hard-earned money, I strongly advise staying far away from this place. It may look good from the outside, but it's a trap that you'll regret falling into. The potential for improvement is there, but the property managers, Necron and Alleyroads, make it a living nightmare. Be cautious, as is alleged , that some tenants paid deposits while others didn't pay a dime. It's an absolute mess.
They use solar panels which and not sustainable there's never electricity on rainy or cloudy days also multiple home invasions my tv and laptop got stolen. And I was not compensated or contacted regarding the matter. So you can go at your own risk
