Booking was not correct room. Specifically upgraded for a view and balcony with table outside and with bath. Was not told that cafe and pool will be closed after I inquired before booking. Will definitely not be staying or recommending it to anyone. Incredibly disappointed.
nice apartments and spectacular view of the Sandton city
The rooms are nice. Worst thing is having to pass through the cafe to the pool area which was closed the whole entire weekend of our stay,from the 31st December to the 02nd January, so we were cooped in the room a whole two days, very disappointed honestly that a pool area closes when that’s the main thing we came for and PAID for at the premises. You guys can do better really.
I booked a 27 sqm apartment via booking.com and got a 18 sqm mini room, No. 907. There was nobody at check-in and contact only online possible. Don’t get cheated as well. The pictures shown during booking have nothing to do with what you get. All fake fotos. The apartment is managed by Propr Short-term Rental Management. Please be careful and don’t book with them!
