Worse rental ever !!! You get over charged for things that don’t even make sense and the management are dishonest and disrespectful.

If I could give a zero star I would, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I was charged a letter of demand the first month I moved in here, I was charged for reporting water leak in the bathroom the first month I moved in here, water bill has gone from R800 first month, R1770 second month R2100 third month its growing every month. My statements attached will speak for itself. Note the first month I moved in was August and the LOD charge is showing on the statement. If you want misery move to this place and you will really experience hell. They are also quick to list you on TPN credit bureau so that other rental agencies must not consider your application for rental. You are even charged for mnet even even if you do not have tv Ask yourself why there are so many empty flats in the building and why people are moving out every month. I am warning anyone who is considering this place, your voice is not heard if you complain, the credit controller lady doesn't even want to listen or explain the charges. You get to hear from their property manager that unfortunately she is the only credit controller for Indigo Heights. EVEN IS YOU ARE DESPERATE FOR A PLACE, DO NOT RENT HERE. If you disagree with them and do not pay they will cut your electricity and lock you out which is illegal by law they are not suppose to do that without a court order or giving a tenant reasonable time

Stay AWAY from this apartment, everything they're advertising is false, the rent increases drastically every month,from R4.9k to R11K, this Is the worse experience we ever had. The owners don't care at all about your complaints, Poor security system, furniture inside is bad, no one comes to check the water readings but it Will be included on your invoice accumulated. Electricity automatically finishes on the Meter without any usage. Good luck on your nightmare stay here.

Let me first have a glass of water. I will come back and tell you about my experience with the property company handling this complex. Tip: Before moving in, anywhere actually, do your thorough homework. Listen to reviews and believe them. Reviews are people's real life experiences.

I wish there was an option for a ZERO rating, this is the most horrible rental space ever. The rental agent, caretaker, should I even mention the securities that's treating the tenants as if they're are doing them a favour to be live there. Then you get this Kagiso woman that's working with the statements....acting like the owner of the complex. This complex is a NO GO....
