This is establishment is terrible for its parking system! I paid R103 for parking five hours when I was told by security that it would be R15 an hour. I don’t know how they got to that total because the boom gate just opened by itself, meaning there was no ticket issued nor scanning of a license plate! You guys are disgusting for taking advantage of car owners like this!

I have a friend who lives in here and the security men greet me every time and are very friendly and helpful. The lobby is always clean and the architecture gives a great impression. The apartments are lovely, very modern but cozy as well.

A lovely apartment block with fantastic security. The views from most of the apartments are gorgeous. The mountain in all it's glory with the forest below. There are a couple of restaurants directly below the apartments plus it is conveniently situated in the heart of Claremont, walking distance to Cavendish Square and a multitude of other shops and restaurants.
