Security concern since the security gate don't work for 3 months now. Unacceptable, because my elderly parents live here.

A townhouse complex. Small but cosy units, no garages. Access control good - a security guard is always present. Occupants of some units are not pleasant people.

Security complex offering budget long term rental accommodation for small family units. Units are very close to each other, though residents are not noisy. Each unit has a modest size garden, so pets can be kept and outdoor braai activities can be accommodated. The units are compact inside but neatly finished and very well maintained. Tenants seem to be very disciplined about noise levels. There is parking for visitors.
