Good morning can someone please give me the Managing Agents number for Ipanema please

Looks like a stylish building from the outside-clean cut lines. The apartments don’t seem to have good views, unless you are in the top center units. Not much in terms of any garden on the ground floor-all paved driveway, which doubles as an entrance for the adjoining office block. Security seems good(as a Corperate offices of security company is a tenant). Always lots of cars parked roadside, which leads to problems sometimes.

Such a lovely apartment building! The location is perfect - close enough to Rosebank, shops, and the highway. Very safe with friendly security men. It is always clean and not noisy.
